PUBLIC REGISTRATION OPENS AT 7:00 PM CST ON MAY 1, 2024

The cost for Holy Havoc IX, The Warlord Reborn is $95 per player.

We will take registrations for our max capacity of 76 players. If COVID guidelines change we will adjust our capacity based on local government guidelines. Players that do not get into the event due to any COVID restrictions will be refunded the full payment amount.

Players may sign up individually or as a team. Players that have a partner should indicate the player’s name when they sign up. Players that do not have a partner will be randomly paired up before the event.

Please email holywarsgt@gmail.com if you would like to sign up and send your PayPal payment to holywarsgt@gmail.com. Please send the money via Friends and Family, help us out with those nickel and dime fees from PayPal.

Refunds – If an individual or the team cancels a reservation before September 1, 2024 all payments will be refunded minus a $50 tournament fee to each player. This tournament fee helps us cover the non-refundable costs of the venue and other rental agreements. Cancelations after September 1, 2024 will not be refunded.
